Claire Williams

Claire quickly creates trust, exudes credibility, and inspires a sense of possibility in relationships and groups.

After early roles in non-profits, Claire enjoyed a fulfilling career developing leaders at Fortune 50 retailer Target Corporation before launching as a solopreneur in 2019. Since then, she’s coached, facilitated, and spoken to thousands of leaders and teams in dozens of national and global organizations such as McDonald's, GE, United HealthCare, The Obama Foundation, and Hershey. She publishes The Diving Board, a Substack newsletter filled with work-life soul food for inquiring minds. ​

​Claire served as Faculty of the Executive Coaching Certificate Program at the University of St. Thomas. She is a co-founder and faculty of the Center for Coaching in Organizations, a non-profit focused on coach education. ​

​Claire holds a Master's in Organization Development and Change and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of St. Thomas. She is a certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile 360, Vertical Mindset Indicator, Hogan Assessments, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), EQi 2.0 & EQi 360, FIRO-B, and Influence Styles Inventory. She has completed advanced studies in the Enneagram, Vertical Development, Growth Edge Coaching, and Inner Team Dialogue.
